Great swimming in the pool in the terrible heat.
Into the elegant lobby, we were enveloped in warmth. The sleek design and attention to detail throughout the house left us in awe. Our room was a haven of comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met promptly and with genuine care. Dining at Nobi's restaurant was a culinary journey, with delectable dishes crafted to perfection. Nobis House provided an unforgettable experience, leaving us eager to return to its opulent embrace. Exquisite in every way!

Me, my wife and our four-legged friend were on our way from the Mossel Bay area to Johannesburg after a well-deserved holiday. Nobis House is easily accessible after turning into Bloemfontein from the N1, and it is just as easy to get back to the highway. The guest house is a stone's throw from the business district, private hospitals and the Mimosa Mall. Nancy was incredibly helpful (by phone) upon arrival. The room was clean, luxurious and tidy. There were other people in the units next to the pool who also had dogs. However, they let their dogs (one of which was a Rottweiler) roam free in the yard. This made our task of taking our puppy to do her business very difficult. We suggest that Nobis House make it a rule that your dogs (when outside in the common area) must be on a harness and leash and must be under the control of their owners at all times. However, we rested and slept very well.

Everything was clean and tidy. We didn't make use of the breakfast because we were already very early for athletics. Very convenient for someone who wants to be close to the stadium. There was bottled water in the fridge as well as milk for the coffee. There were also biscuits in the room which were delicious.
Nancy is the friendliest person in the guest house business. And was very accommodating.
Nobis House is a beautifully renovated old house conveniently located in a quiet street near the city center of Bloemfontein. It is easily accessible from the highway. It offers well-appointed, spacious rooms and bathrooms for a relaxing time away from home. The king size beds (or two single beds) had firm mattresses and were covered with good quality linen. The kitchenettes in our units were larger than is usually the case in guesthouses. Cars could be safely parked inside behind a sliding gate. We found everything neat, clean and pleasant. The friendly reception and extra bottled water, fresh milk and coffee and tea are highly appreciated.

The 4-bed room is spacious, neat and well equipped. The hostess went to great lengths and repeatedly addressed a problem with other guests hanging out by the pool just outside our room with loud music. We were pleased with how she handled it.
Nobis is value for money! The guest house is neatly furnished and offers everything that is needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast! I will book there again.
Very cute place. Very well received. The room's kitchenette was unexpected but lovely to use. Shower and entrance to bathroom are just too small for taller people.
